I’ve been combining tatsumi and gikei together. I do r1 triangle with tatsumi to close distance then do some hits, switch to gikei and do r1 square backwards to create space and quickly swap back to tatsumi to do 1 or 2 ranged slashes then back to gikei and press r1 square towards the enemy for a combo then critical strike

Gikei-ryu is going to take some skill to master but I know when I do the combos will be heavenly and Tatsumi-ryu is by far my favorite style because it has the biggest counterspark window and I’m a fan of the best offense being defense way of fighting its perfect for my play style
