What difficulty u playing on? And dual swords good? I saw crazy stances for the normal katana

This was dusk difficulty but I’ve switched to twilight for a bit more of a challenge since I’ve got a decent grasp of the combat and the katana for sure has some top tier styles…so far I’ve only unlocked 3 dual swords styles and I’m not the biggest fan because other than the basic one the other two are a bit slow. The single katana has the smoothest transitions between styles so I’ve been sticking to that for the moment

How are the weapons? Are you restricted to just the Katana?

At the moment I have access 9 weapons and each weapon has multiple fighting styles that can be learned and used for a lot more combinations

How the romance system is it fun

It’s starts off simple but as you upgrade the stat charm you gain more choices to interact with characters…between lying, persuasion or intimidation…but I can say the story pretty much plays out how it’s intended rather than you affecting it completely

It’s more like you can chat anytime but the responses are limited and only act to move the story along…you can chose between the pro-shogunate or anti-shogunate factions but in certain scenarios no matter what you chose the story will move forward with what was intended to happen

I actually haven’t gotten there…I made it to the 2nd region but I’m going to play through that on stream but so far the second area is much tougher than the first enemies start to get tankier and more aggressive

I definitely enjoy the hell out of this game I was in the next region in the same day I played it doing everything I could to level up and my stats , the next region they are more tanky as ever I could only imagine the other region in front of it and hopefully and end game + I love everything about this game so much variety of everything and the styles are impressive in my opinion and what u can do with the styles I give this game an 9.5 only reason I didn’t give it a 10 was because In nioh2 I kinda miss yokai abilities 💀but this game is absolute fun and the people that’s talking bad about it just getting paid to rant and lie and never played this game themselves and actually got past the first region

@ik1972 So tell us why you think it's better then Rise of the Ronin, because Rise of the Ronin is in my opinion compared to Nioh 2 a step down. :-)

it is a bit of step down compared to Nioh 2, that's for sure. But everyone is talking about how great Dragon's Dogma 2 is, and I'm saying that Ronin is better than DD2, based on a few hours that I've spent in DD2@@ZEN-TakenZ
