Thank you so much. I’m talking about the issue at work specially about race. I told my daughter just do your work. Do not get any personal in your life do it respectively and that’s it. And I told my foster children which I raise them for a years and I’m strict And I told him first of all we are Latina and black and we are woman. We gotta work 10 times harder luckily my babies, had graduate would degree other graduate masters one is going back.
