It just goes to show that smarts can take you a long way--especially when you have a lot of money and use it to make awesome suits. Will Iron Man fry Lex where he stands, or will Luthor lead Tony through the dance of death? (Iron Maiden reference? No? Okay.)

I loved this battle. The animation was the best so far, the music was amazing (I've become addicted to the song that plays when Tony calls in his Endo-Sym), the voice acting was great (sure Lex's voice sounded off at times, but it was still a good VA overall), and the way the characters played off each other worked very well. I sadly won't go to SGC either, for similar reasons. Sucks too, since I think that "highly requested" battle will be Galactus (Marvel) vs Unicron (Transformers) which I really want to see. I'm predicting Galactus, but hoping for Unicron. As for the next battle, I'm essentially in the same boat as you: I saw the X-Men movies and, like maybe a single episode of Gargoyles, and not much else. Strangely, I think I'm rooting for Goliath though, just because he's the underdog. Though, I'm predicting Beast.

Responding to Justin D jmangamer98 strunton the skunk in this comment. Justin D I'm just thinking back to what they said in their latest Q&A about how comic book characters are most likely going to win whatever they're in just because of how many writers, and thus how many powers, they have. jmangamer98 Not sure what a good matchup between those two franchises would be though, plus I remember reading that Galactus vs Unicron is coming up, and it's highly requested, so it's the first thing to come to my mind. strunton the skunk Problem with that is that a new Dragon Ball anime has just been announced, so if they do a rematch now, the DB anime will just wind up introducing a new form for fans to say needs to be in the next rematch. Especially since apparently Super Sayian God alone isn't enough to make up for the power differences, so Goku will need whatever new forms he gets in the future.

The fight and outcome are pretty accurate to what would really happen, overall it was well done. That next fight is gonna be really tough to call, but I am probably going to lean towards Beast winning because he has a lot more character development and super powers. If Goliath does manage to win (I would like him to win because he is an awesome underrated hero), I would be really surprised.

Goliath's gonna kill an X-Man. No offense to beast, he is cool and is smart, but Goliath has a LOT more experience given his age, and is wise both in and out of battle.

I soooort of think that, while the battle could have gone either way, they sort of left out some of Lex's better feats, but I was rooting for Iron Man anyways, so who cares? :P You should try and watch like the first season of Gargoyles. It's one of the best animated shows ever. And while Beast will have the advantage if he is allowed his inventions and tech, if this is just a fistfight, Goliath will take it (he can fly, has a lot more experience, and his body is a lot tougher). Either way, all things here are awesome. Keep making awesome vids Ris :)

Everyone thinks that "I'm playing human" line is the best DB line ever, and it probably is with how they executed it so perfectly with the music and the start of the ass-kicking. However, it's funny because it was originally said as a line from when Iron Man was evil and trying to rule the world because he thought he was too smart for the normal riff-raff. Overall, though, this is my favourite death battle because of how hype they get everything.

This was an awesome Death Battle and I was glad that Iron Man won against Luthor. But for the next time while I know who Beast is, I remember a bit about Gargoyles from my childhood but not a whole lot about it since it was a long time ago for me.
