What about the plastic found in everything we consume....

That was my first thought, too. I read that they have found microplastics in infant's blood. Big oil has a lot of blood on its hands and they owe the world a clean up. IMO

Its unlikely. This actually shouldn't be too shocking to anyone who understands the massive social shift society has undergone in the last 40-50 years. We shifted from a single income family to a dual income family and integrated more digital activity in place of physical social activity. This means kids weren't getting healthy home cooked meals anymore and were spending more time engaged in sedentary activities (ie. eating processed foods and scrolling on their ipads). This causes the body to accelerate the aging process and with that comes greater susceptibility to disease and injury. The mechanisms for autophagy only kick into gear during 1) fasted states and 2) high intensity physical activity. In other words, the things that keep you young and healthy are eating small portions and intense physical activity...

there are hundreds of kinds of cancer, and they require genetic changes in cells to become cancerous. A single cause is not possible, and plastic is way too big a molecule to even get into a cell. Plastic also doesn't interact with body chemistry.

@@Chad_Maxyou must be young… Americans have been obese from 70s, 80s and 90s…because people have had access to TV. A couch potato phrase is born in America not England. Go watch commercials, Coca Cola was the choice of beverages even 50 years ago. Not water or tea like in other developed countries mainly because of too much capitalism. Plenty of people have been eating TV dinners to fast food for several decades, it’s mainly of industrialized food culture. No one other than Americans eats breakfast from a box every morning or consume so much refined sugar and GMO wheat other than Americans. It didn’t just happen overnight. The reason America having the lowest life expectancy among most developed countries is the poor diet, car life leading to sedentary lifestyles instead of walking or taking trains, eating super sized huge portion fast food like there’s no tomorrow everyday, and drinking sugary water (hello high fructose corn syrup!) like water. You won’t see so many obese people in other countries but only in America. I was shocked to see a guy who was 5 times my size in thickness walking into an elevator in SF hotel for a conference. People tend to eat way too much so there’re morbidly obese people in the US. Then the FDA isn’t functioning properly as it should. America is also a country that uses food additives that are banned in places like EU and Japan. But due to lobbying and corruptions, corporations own the government. It’s no wonder why people are getting terminal illnesses. Then GMO food…why do you think we have over population on earth? When you play god and try to feed people in a place which isn’t supposed to be growing wheat as part of its ecosystem to balance out the weak and the strong, it’s bound to be f**ked up. It’s no wonder it’s the way it is. Not surprising actually.

The myth that these cancers are on the rise only in people that eat crap and don't exercise, is ridiculous. There is less cancer in communities that eat food from dollar stores! (more diabetes but not cancer) ALL the people I know, that have been diagnosed with cancer, eat organic, are financially successful, work out and several eat plant based diets. There is something very strange going on here....

I totally agree with you and want to add psychiatric drugs to the list due to the many millions of children, not to mention adults, who are on one or more nowadays! Another alarming issue is that many, or most, pregnant mothers are advised to stay on the drug/s while pregnant and breastfeeding, which I do understand, BUT they often cause a lot more harm than good. 😥

Tobacco, sedentary lifestyle and junk food have been around for decades; but, now, there’s a sudden increase in cancer cases in people under 50. And it’s just a coincidence that the increase in these cancers just so happens to perfectly coincide with a mass medical intervention that occurred in the last 3 years. I wonder what it could be…🤔. I got nothing.

Read labels on packages when doing groceries. If you can't pronounce the ingredient or it has a bunch of E-numbers, then don't buy and eat it, chances are that it's ultra processed food and additives. Eliminate refined sugars and trans fats. Go back to how are grand parents (and before them) have cosumed their food....fresh, recognisable, healthy and not ready made in some factory with a load of bad stuff in them. Ppl need to be aware what they put in their body.
