Hey guys, if you are feeling it in your lower back then try this. This is something this video didnt mention that I think is useful and important. When you're on the ground, imagine trying to straighten your spine forward as much as possible without actually moving. Straighten your spine forward so much that it feels like you have no choice but to go up to get more distance. This should help Basically, this guy says to push yourself from the ground, but really, you should try to push yourself off the ground AND try to push yourself forward. Think of straightening your spine as much as possible Hope this helps, have a good day :)
