driving a 2022 TRD off-road 4runner, all stock except Cooper ST MAXX tires.. drive into deep charred country after the hermit peak fire in New Mexico. Got into some rough wet downed charred tree areas in flood prone areas where water and mud runs crazy in burn scared areas. Long story but made it out with 3 years less of my life span. Can’t imagine the people that live there and went through it. It takes tough people, tougher than me..

I ran the ice roads in northern Canada in a tractor trailer and when the ice sings to you, the back of you know what get really tight

Was in Colorado north of I70 on a 3 day trip. Fueled up in town before we headed up into the mountains. (Carrying 2 extra fuel tanks) thought we had filled those extra tanks. Well on night 2/morning of day 3 we found out we did NOT fill those extra tanks. I was determined I was going to complete the route I had set for us and not turn back (would of been ALOT) easier to turn back to get fuel. Well I insisted we take the fuel risk and complete day 3 (longer and a lot more technical route) ran out of gas about 1mile from a gas station along I70 in Colorado. Taught me ALWAYS check the fuel tanks twice.

great video, and the steak looked amazing! Awesome views over the fog blanket - we get that at upper elevations in Canada too; it's always a treat to be above the clouds!

Greetings, I have been watching your channel since you sold your 5th wheeler. I was a Jeep guy but recently traded in for a 4Runner. Mostly, because of your channel and all of the adventures you have undertaken. Your channel has been an inspiration for my build, and for my future trip to the arctic circle. Please consider doing a comprehensive walk around of your rig; encompassing things that worked best and didn’t work so well. This would be VERY beneficial for us. Onward!

Kevin, I don't know what your local grocery store supplies. Through your next canadian adventure, please try "Montreal steak spice" (seasoning).

I went out on the pony express once during semi crappy weather because it's different than the normal 300 days of sunny. Took some cool pics. but...also drove/slid off the road out by fish springs. Bent tire rod and busted front bumper but was able to straggle back to civilization. Didn't need to use the ham Rado to call for help! Lol

I've been watching your channel for a couple years now, if not longer. I started with your first trip to Alaska, which brought back many memories. I had lived in Fairbanks for 3 years, 1991-94. I too took a trip to Prudhoe Bay. What memories! How did you ever learn to make the videos you make? They are awesome. I can't imagine the amount of time it takes to set up each shot on one trip, to get 20 to 30 minutes of a video. I'm sure you film much more to get 20 good minutes. The way you add drone flight into most of your videos is outstanding. Great job! Keep making the memories and stay traveled. Would love to meet you one day.

Another amazing video!!! I know how much work and time is invested into putting your content together, well done as always. I've been working on my new Tacoma build up here in the North Country. MT. Heading to Moab for the first time this Spring. Have done some serious mapping and planning for some epic camp spots. Your channel is Top Notch, you are an inspiration to many that seek to explore and adventure the great outdoors. 👌👍

New to your channel. Loving the content. So great that you speak about fuel mileage resets, super easy thing to overlook and also very dangerous if not watched. Burn though a full tank of gas very quickly especially when using air conditioning/heat while off-road

Been out to the power plant (IPP - a coal burning power plant, for now, they are switching to natural gas) hot pots several times. (Looks like where your at anyway. Could be wrong. I grew up in Delta, south of the plant. I’ve been all over the area. Topaz, stone face, the Vernon unit, all over Millard county. Many think it’s boring. I’m the complete opposite. I find it beautiful. I’m actually like that people over look it. That way I don’t run into anyone, which is my favorite thing when I get out. Good stuff boss. (There is more hot pots, that’s what we all called them when we were 10, out by Meadow. If your into the natural hot soaks. It’s not man made beds like these, just a large hole in the middle of now where with piping hot geo thermal goodness year round. Sometimes the get to be a mess by ass hats out parting,.. it’s a shame)

@@LifestyleOverland yeah, they obviously use AI to determine where to drop the ads.... I think? I wonder if they "look" for a break in the audio or a long transitions....? I didn't mind... I expect it from YT. But you obviously put the work in to make a beautiful sequence... And they ruined it. 🤷
