Hello everyone, today I would like to share with you my Risotto Piemontese recipe with you.
Risotto Ingredients:
Active Time: 35-45 Minutes
1 Cup of Rice (used Arborio Italian-style rice in video)
Baby Portobello Mushrooms (about 10 used in video)
1/2 Large Onion Thinly Diced
1 Whole Garlic Clove
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil (Cold Pressed Extra Virgin)
2 1/2 Tbsp. Butter
1 Cup White Wine
2 - 3 Cups Chicken Broth
1/4 Cup Parmigiano Cheese
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
Few Basil Leaves
