She’s so glamorous! This is the first I’ve seen her comedy, she’s really funny. Oh and fyi, if you take out a tongue piercing, in most cases it’ll heal shut almost instantly!

I have had a tongue piercing. And that was not from lack of pain. That was a coping measure to cover up all the emotional pain by something superficial.

She’s a comedian, not a therapist. Good luck to you.

Several female comedians are really funny and original with word and thought play and going in odd directions using understatement, irony, & imagining weird situations. Rita is one and Maria Bamford another, Joan Rivers was just INCREDIBLY quick. There is also much I like about Sarah Silverman EXCEPT the foul mouth. Apparently her Dad thought it was funny to see a five year swear so he taught her to curse for shock value and she still uses it, entirely unnecessarily and shortchanging her brilliance. Too many male comedians talk about what happened when they were stoned or smoking pot, or get angry about situations they actually dont understand (of course Woody Allen's routines were incredibly inventive and hilarous, as were those of Steve Martin). And Steven Wright.
