Riu Palace Costa Rica

Went to Panama this year, but liked Costa Rica better - still one of my favourite places anywhere! Enjoy - I'm envious.

Between the Riu Palace Los cabos and this Riu which is the more peaceful resort. Or has the more peaceful area's to just relax and mellow out.

stayed there for a week about a year ago it was nice but they have no air condition in the whole lobby area it was kind of a let down when you look for that feeling of a/c hitting you when you enter the lobby door and all you get is nothing ,also we had to switch 3 different room because the chocolate covered strawberries they leave in your room as a welcome gift was full of bugs all over them and then the replacement room they left fresh fruit as a courtesy and that plate was full of bugs too but the 3rd room was fine i guess it was because they didnt leave us any food that time (shaking my head)

Didn't have the bug problem, and when we visited not extremely hot so didn't really notice no a/c in the lobby. Hope you enjoyed it other than that. Went to Panama this year, wow was it hot - over 40 every day in March.

Are there a lot of kids there? Or is it Adults only

There were lots of families with kids, including my 15 and 17 year old.

I have several reviews under SolWorthy including the Congo Zip line tours (that also had things like ATV's) and this place was very nice and professional.

He is actually in the Riu palace not guanacaste but there right beside each other but because riu palace is more expensive you are able to go to riu guanacaste but riu guanacaste members can't go into riu palace

Yeah, this is DEFINITELY the palace Costa Rica as the rooms in Guanacaste are older, yuck!
