One of the best things I bought for my truck was a snailarmor tailgate insert. Always hated cooking on the bed of the truck with the ridges and the flat inserts are amazing, also little less pain on the knees when crawling into the bed getting things.

That’s not how Asians cook bass. Scale it, mix with some herbs/pepper/sour powder and steam it in foil.
