I grew up in the tri-cities, I came out a few weeks ago to pullman/Spokane to visit family. I forgot how much I missed that place. the snake river was one of my favorite places to fish when I was little with my dad! I fish on lake eerie alot now, but its not the same. I truly appreciated the prayer brother! may we be able to continue to enjoy creation for many years to come.

We used to fish at night, down there, with a 12v blacklight, and flourescent lines. We'd go down every year, for free fishing weekend, beginning of July, because we resided in N. Idaho. Watching you fish in that peaceful place, brings back great memories.

Hey Samong ! My dad and I have worked out a pretty good system for catching flathead catfish from the lakes near us, in Lincoln Nebraska. We do it in the late fall up until February. We have gotten pretty efficient at putting a 100-300 lbs of fish in the boat, per outing. We usually practice catch and release, since we are so successful. We hope to start a guide service soon. But I have been a fan of your content for a couple years. If you ever want to cross flathead of your bucket list, and end up in the Midwest region- give me a heads up and we would be happy to put you on your personal best flathead catfish. At least in the cold months, I'm confident we could get a giant or two. Feel free to reach out to me. It would make great video content

Fish that silo if you haven’t next time you’re down there. You’ll have to get wet to get to the spot but it’s a good catfish hole. I think There’s only one time I haven’t caught a catfish there while fishing from shore.

LOVE your fishing videos Sam !!The fishing there on snake river looked like fun, reminded me of the fishing I've done in Boston. The Bass are fun and feisty to catch and that cat fish was nice, never tasted that fish. The drone footage and the cooking always a delight, I know its not easy doing all of that and I appreciate it because I learn a lot. I agree with the ice drink, they are good and thanks for always thanking and acknowledging God's creation. Keep being You its the Best ! 🥰🌟👊

Always love the videos Samong! You are so right about how enjoyable it is to sit out in nature and just enjoy the silence while fishing and, or hunting. I caught my very first Small Mouth Bass a couple of weeks ago. Biggest one was 18 1/2” and weighed 2 pounds 12 ounces. I was so stoked! I can’t wait to get back out again. It’s been awhile since I watched one of your vids. I’m glad YT suggested it. Next time you plan on coming down hit me up. I’ll meet you at Lyons and see if we can find some smallies. That place you camped should be Texas rapids. I’m surprised no one was there. Use a whole shad for sturgeon. They are oily fish.

From a purely laborious perspective, I've got to hand it to you. Filming what you do when you're on a mission, especially when it's dangerously hot, is impressive. I've been section hiking the PCT for many years, and sometimes the effort to simply take out my iphone and snap a photo is too much. Then again, I guess this is your job. Kudos. BTW - I'm a retired Alaska F&G fish biologist. One of my first jobs was working on a channel catfish farm in CA - they are lush.

Serious midwestern cat fishermen are all about the Abu Ambassadeur 7000C, just not the imported Catfish Special. A muskie casting rod and you’ll be ready for big blues, flathead, channel cats, etc.
