Love this, you might more brave than I was with the trailer... We left ours on the other side and basecamped there. Hotsprings is one of the better for sure! Thanks for sharing :) p.s. let me know if one of these days we can plan a trip together, seems like we are in the similar backyards :)

My X22 had a massive gap in the floor where hydraulic hoses enter, under the closet. Also, the furnace exhaust will allow water in the cabin. Taping that off will help a lot.

I did have a couple spots where they forgot to spray foam around the wires that has been fixed.

The x22 is definitely far from hermetic. Every seam where wall sits on frame - basically the whole perimeter - sits on aluminum beam with self tapping screws drilled in through to the frame. So aside from a few holes cut through the floor for wiring, hydraulic lines and plumbing to connect to the tanks, any water that reaches above the frame is going to leak in. But luckily that means any leaks into the cabin will also find a way out.
