Congrats on catching a couple beauties!! I agree about using a chartreuse Ned head or another bright color. You showed how much those smallies couldn't resist the Ned!! Bass fishing only opens June 15 here. The wait is almost over for me!!! Excellent video my friend!

Thanks Chris! Yeah I was super happy of the size coming off beds. I'm pretty sure those 2 were females. But I'd say around 20in and 4lbs. I think it was a PB in weight but I've caught some real long ones in smaller rivers and creeks over 20in lean and mean but nowhere near as heavy as that one at 5:00. Thanks for watching 👊

I don't think I have caught a smallie off a bed. I would imagine they are pretty aggressive. Their blood runs hot. I definitely agree on the bright colors. Gorgeous fish!
