I've caught a lot of bowfin....on purpose even....and I've caught a good handful of larger ones that I didn't know were there until I started reeling in my line. I love the way they fight...like a cross between a channel cat and a small mouth

Hi Spencer, I’ve been watching your channel for a while now and I have to say I laugh at a lot of your content but not because you can’t fish but your commentary and with friends it just gets better because you all are having a great time! I don’t comment much but I watch all of your content. We only get bull head where I live. I’ve gotten some 5-6 lb all the time and they’re great to eat. Love to fish with you sometime. Have you guys ever tried cutting the livers out of skipjack? It’s my favorite way of using skipjack. Cut in from the side, get the liver along with the gristle that’s attached to the liver. That helps hold the liver on the hook without needing help from anything else. It’s a great bait.

I like your videos, but the music takes the immersion away for me, my favorite parts of the videos are the ones with no music cause it feels like I am really there, but then the music comes in and im sucked back out of it. Maybe try experimenting with less music and seeing if you like the results
