I think it became abundantly clear even before Mr. Honey's appearance that none of these characters are mentally stable or sympathetic. These "fantasy" episodes just go to show that the writers don't have enough material to write genuine stories. And what is truly disturbing is that for people who have some knowledge of Riverdale's previous seasons and the batshit buffoonery that goes on in this Scream-meets-Happy-Days nightmare, it doesn't seem out-of-place that the main characters would arbitrarily decide to murder their principal.

So let me get this straight (and just saying, I haven’t watched Riverdale ever since the second season ended so I'm going off what I’ve seen in cringe videos) The FBI is taking a bunch of kids who apparently ’sOlVe CrImEs WeLl’ into the force. For any new character that comes into play with real logic and that speaks reasonably, all of them wanna either get rid of them or wanna torture them to the point where they’d have to do what they say. They basically wanna kill someone they just don't agree with?! When someone said that the shit that goes down in Riverdale that includes constant murder, kidnapping and so on isn't normal and needs to be stopped they all want it all to continue... Just what the hell is going on with the musical episodes? I thought this was supposed to be a murder mystery not a knock off version of Glee! One of the actors even said that they avoided musicals when they were apart of Disney still for so long and now this?! PICK A GENRE WRITERS! There’s SOOO much more than just this but I have to leave on one note. After everything those kids have done, the FBI wants the bad guys at this point on their team?
