As others said... very underwhelming. My family of four thought it was boring and agreed we would never waste time on it again. It's a great idea, as all four WDW parks should have a night time show, but this was WAY off the mark. Fantasmic... we'll watch over-and-over. Same with Illuminations.

I like the show, and the concept, but I very much like the idea of adding Brother Bear and Jungle book, Lady and the tramp is questionable, but Tarzan might be a great addition to think about!

Honestly if they kept the amazing innovative showpieces (and continued to innovate with the drones and more) and a few pieces of the animals, I wouldn’t mind

No. Rivers of light is one of the only non ip based attractions or shows, don’t replace it with some off the shelf show that belongs in Hollywood studios or magic kingdom

If they use IP around animals then I am ok with it but I don't go to the Animal Kingdom to run into Elsa from Frozen, Lady and the Tramp is even questionable in my view, but Lion King, Jungle Book, Tarzan, Finding Nemo all make perfect sense to me.

I love how Disney Fans have been hating on this show since it came out earlier this year, and then once its announced it's closing, everyone's gonna be like "No I loved that Show!!" "Why" and act like its sacred, even though they've been hating on it for years...

I haven't been to WDW 14 years. It seems though like they should have tested this show out more before they started showing it to the public. From the little bit I just saw though, I think it is a good idea to take it back to the drawing board and refurbish (tweek) it more. It's like when they came out with the new Electric Parade at Disneyland to replace the original. Nobody liked the new parade at all. I was glad when that was gone!

This show has been plagued from the start, with some of the barges sinking into the lagoon, to some major technical issues. The few tests they did with audiences, the results were mediocre, but Disney drained too much money into the show not to go through with it.

"not enough disney characters" why does EVERY show have to be a montage of the same movies? Just go watch fantasmic, world of color, happily ever after, disney dreams, or ANY OTHER SHOW - they're ALL the same empty pap with the same technology. This show is beautiful, intelligent, and a wonderful departure and point of differentiation from the same mishmash of clips of all the same movies we see in EVERY OTHER PARK'S show apart from Epcot.

Spectro Radio Unfortunately with Illuminations getting replaced within the year... Rivers of Light will be the only nighttime show that won’t feature Disney characters.

Niko we went to Disney for the first time three weeks ago... I missed the show 😢😭😢 but i hope i have the opportunity to go again, i would be really sad if they replace it before i see it. My brother said it was incredible 😊 Interestingly i will remember My Animal Kingdom day as one of my greatest days ever anyways.

Raphael Marquez Maybe Zootopia would be a great fit for Disney’s Hollywood Studios as City of Zootopia which would feature a water-based dark ride, a walkthrough attraction detailing the behind-the-scenes history of the film, character meet-and-greets, a restaurant with character dining, souvenir shops and a few other rides!
