Although the one in WDW and Tokyo are impressive in its architecture they used more a force perspective. In the one in Disneyland is more on the human scale making it more impressive specially when they decorate it for the seasons

Yes, the haunted mansion in Disneyland opened in the 1960s, the first haunted mansion movie was in 2003

I once heard cast members used to call Lookout Mountain "Make Out Mountain" due to all the couples that would find some privacy among the bushes. It makes one wonder how many families heritage began there.

Really upset that Splash is gone because its one of those rides that should've never have gotten a retheme And i know one exists in Japan but I know a lot of people like me either don't have the money or the papers to be able to fly to Japan for a log ride, shame on Disney for not thinking about the lower class

@disney_expert I'm not blaming Tokyo Disney for keeping Splash, I'm blaming the Walt Disney company in the states for getting rid of it in the first place here as it was a good ride, especially since they got rid of both versions, thus forcing people to fly to Japan to experience Splash, which not everyone can do sadly

At Walt Disney World it was the Frontierland train station, which they moved and elevated the station when they built Splash Mountain

Sadly not. Although there is a version in Tokyo that is operating- and in our humble opinion was the best version out do the 3! It even has a Splash Mountain themed restaurant!

So sad to see Disney catering to the lowest common denominator over the past couple decades, turning all of the attractions into commercials and merchandise hawking spots for their I.P. movies and cartoons. Everything is being designed and retrofitted to sell more crappy themed and decorated mouse ears and loungefly purses and wallets.
