I think we saw Crawford's age in this fight, 36 is old for his size regardless of damage and discipline out of the ring, and the weight aspect was a factor, but Madrimov boxed extremely well, Crawford ultimately out smarted him with his footwork and set the better traps, but he didn't establish that difference until the late rounds, Madrimov didn't take a backward step until round 10, his defence got better as the fight went on, he made it hard for Crawford to find his rhythm with his consistent 'jittery' movement and feints as noted by the commentators, but Crawford did a great job of picking points with his jab and fast combinations when the tempo dropped, he knew when to step on the gas, and his experience showed.

People were saying Madrimov was robbed, but I'm didn't see that. He only threw a couple punches a round talk about maximal minimalism at this finest. He didn't deserve to win the fight and made Crawford the busier fighter by far. Neither had a blowout performance and Crawford got the nod and deservedly so. No controversy just the truth.

I like how Jarrell Miller used his weight advantage to press Andy Ruiz. He did a good job of leaning that weight on top of Andy in the inside, which started to wear down his opponent throughout this fight. Good gameplan by Jarrell against the quicker, lighter Ruiz.

The fight was not close. Madrimov landed single shorts while crawford was landing combination to the head and body. Crawford did not allow Madrimov to fight how he usually fights. The only thing that kept Madrimov in the fight was his upper body movement and being in and out. Crawford could have walked down Madrimov like how he did in the last few rounds. Crawford could have switched his stance.
