This is gonna sound really stupid, but ty for making this. I heavily relate with Taka to the point where his character comforts me severely when it comes to panic attacks, anxiety, depression etc, he helped me realize that there’s gonna be people in the world who have it easier than me but I gotta work hard to get where I want. It’s unfair but I have to accept that. I have a friend like his grandfather who got everything they wanted socially, I was envious until I watched Danganronpa and helped me realize this. The reason I really like these two so much is because even though Taka went through most of his life without a single friend, he still made one and he didn’t have to change a thing about him. All I have to do is find someone like me who knows the hardships I deal with firsthand. Mondo kept himself secluded from everyone in fear of making his exterior and interior look petty, I did the same. When he snapped at Chihiro like that something in me flickered that I could do something like that if I don’t change now. I want to be as good as my friend but I can’t. Like Daiya and Mondos relationship. Plus he lost ppl dear to him which effected me as a younger child especially Chuck. Sorry for rambling on, but again thank you for making this. These characters have gotten me through a lot and made me realize many things I couldn’t on my own.

The voice actors for this were great, some problems, but it could. be overlooked, it’s just.. I noticed that Makoto Naegi’s voice actor said his words a bit too slowly, not really a big problem and I’m not sure if it was a personal problem, but if he seeks an idea from me I personally think it would be better if he said the words a bit faster, just a little nitpick, it’s not much to worry after.

I love them both so much 😭, They both shouldn't have died, not Taka at least, Mondo's death filled Taka with despair and right as he was getting closure they killed him. I say that Taka should have been a survivor, continuing Mondo's legacy kind of like they did in the 2nd game with Sakura. Having Ishimaru as a survivor instead of hiro for an example would be better since hiro didn't really do anything in the game or in the future foundation, but if Taka was to survive he would most likely be a great and helpful addition to it. If Taka did survive, for instance having hiro and taka switching places in the 3rd chapter, Celeste having hifumi kill Hiro instead of taka and taka being the one stuffed in Robo Justice. After Celeste was executed taka eventually calmed down from his "Albino" xD state, when Sakura was revealed to be the traitor he chooses to believe Sakura, even defending Hina after genocide Jill tried to attack her, leading to a small friendship between him, Hina, makoto and Sakura. At that time taka was still searching for alter ego and once Sakura dies and the class 4 trial ends he witness's the execution of alter ego but instead of breaking down over the events of Sakura dying and alter ego "dying" aswell he is determined to survive to continue the legacy of all his friends. Mostly all the events that happened before they ecsape was the same except a few things. I don't feel like speculating what would happen once he escaped with the rest. This is all speculation on my favorite character in the franchise, I love him so much and I have an emotional attachment to him :(

Yea, I feel like its just bad writing that they killed of Taka so early in his character arc. I remember reading somewhere they wanna prove that morality doesn't matter in a killing game, which umm yea, but if you're going for that route, I think the right choice would be, let him live for 1 more chapter, and make him a killer, out of losing morality. It won't be the best way to solve it, I say you change his ultimate and give the moral compass to someone else, or just make him a survivor. Like, if he's a survivor, I feel like he could help talking to fuyuhiko. Both of them have the same problem, and I'm not surprised if they saw the flaw in Dr1 and decided to rewrite it in Dr2 (not that I'm complaining, Dr2 chp 2 are one of my favorite chapterz)

@@meiju1563 I agree so much, but if my boy was a killer I would probably be as sad as I was in gontas trial but I understand why they would make him a killer. Now I don't think it was right to kill him off right after his bro died, I feel like they should have made it a chapter later or something, like having him finally regaining his hope after alter ego is destroyed and he realizes he needs to carry in Mondo's legacy or something like that, only by him dying the next chapter after all the character development, that would really have gave the players time to bond with his character just for that to be taken away so quickly, like chiaki kinda. It would've been so much more impactful, yeah it would tear my heart right out of my chest but at least his character arc would be finished and he would have more time to grow as a character. That would be a much better way to show that mortality can't help you in a killing game in my opinion

i completely agree with you!! i think it wouldve made so much more sense for him to be the framed killer in chap 3 instead of hiro because 1)his rivalry with hifumi for alter ego 2)his family was really in debt so he probably couldve used the money and 3) in the ,, state he was in?? i guess?? he would’ve been easier to knock out instead of hiro but those r just my thoughts,, and remember that one time in the future ark where makoto almost got driven to suicide because of the video of the thh killing game?? 👀👀 if that was taka instead u know who couldve been in the video 😳👁👁
