The mids seem to act more like a presence knob, are they before the distortion? They don't shape the tone as much as the character of the breakup it seems. The tone around 8:00 is killer, sounds like a hot-rodded JCM800. Nice tone tool, great work Josh and Lari. And as usual excellent demo!

It's also built off a different topology. More high gain blues breaker, not DS1+ distortion like the hard drive

This is more of a high gain morning glory blues breaker thing. The hard drive is more of a ds-1 with more eq controls
