If your software won't open please try the following. Make sure your keyboards Bluetooth switch on back of keyboard is turned off, try the cable the keyboard came with or another cable, uninstall the download from the official website and use the download from the Google Drive link in the description and watch video to see how to download. And if all of that fails contact [e-mail] at their customer service. He'll ask you about your HID (hardware ID) and once you give that to him they have a guy write an exe that works for you. Add the file to your drive, go to your drive then create a copy of it, now download the copy and you will be good to go

Just a quick tip if you ever need to reset to factory settings you can also press Fn Space, i couldn't download the software because i am using it on a mac but it was helpful when i was running into issues.

I did not even keyboard has a software let alone customization and macros on the keys. This is definitely one of the best bang for you buck mechanical keyboard with the number of mods you can do with it and practice with. I would definitely recommend this one for beginners in the mechanical keyboard community. From there on, it gets expensive once you want to try modify and try other switches and keycaps. Anyway, thanks for sharing the links and tips.

To everyone who has the "device not found" thing. This is what I did: instead of bluetooth, plug the cable from the keyboard in pc, press fn tab (this sets it from bluetooth mode to wired mode, and from wired mode to bluetooth mode), then also turn the switch on the back of the keyboard from on to of. This worked for me, hope it works for you!

Welp, Any idea how to add a fn+o or other letters as a combination for multimedia keys? cuz whenever I do change it the main key is replaced. Can we add it in the FN layer keys? .. I really wanted to add it :/

Usually the fn functions are hardcoded into the firmware of the keyboard, meaning they are protected so the user won't screw things up, so no "luck" here (strangely, he could change the fn key in the software, so my statement may be invalid for this specific keyboard). I actually prefer it this way with the fn key, BUT i wish we could add a macro for ctrl shift or alt key combos, that would been cool (we do have the option to modify the insert, end, pgdn, pgup, home, and end keys with the 84keys version tho)

You can hit slash/question mark to higher your volume and the button under it do go down. You can also hit right alt to rewind and right windows I think to go foward. When you hold a fn key down and press one of those keys, it does what it supposed to. (?) fn+shift+your key hope this wasnt to confusing!!
