I grew up on SF and MK, but i got into KI this past year and its become one of my favorite games even though i never played KI in the 90's. The music in this game is unreal, its the most hype fighting game ive ever played. Jago as a character and his theme are just too much. He's one of my favortite characters of all time.

I think these themes would benefit more if you sorta made these themes with Chorus in mind, like, put 8:30 in the song a few more than just once at the end. I know you cut it to be as dynamic as possible though. Keep it up

If Mick releases the soundtrack for season two he may do the same with these themes as he did the season one themes as he organized the parts to have more of a chorus like Orchids and Spinals themes are good examples in the official released versions. it would be nice to have these cut down to be similar to the official released versions but with the ultra's at the end and the idle ester egg themes still in the song.

( EDIT: You don't always do this, sometimes you nail it right perfectly. With that said... ) One thing I've noticed about all of your Komplete Dynamic Theme videos is your phrasing doesn't make sense. I mean, yes, we get to hear (nearly) every part of the themes, and there's some organization (player 1> player 2> round start> neutral, etc.), but as a percussionist and musician, it irks me when the measures and phrasing don't transition in a musically logical way. That sounds harsh, and I don't mean it that way, but lemme explain. For example, the very beginning of this (Maya's) theme--the player 1 intro section--is, as you edited it, four phrases consisting of four 4/4 measures. However, at the last measure of the last phrase, it doesn't transition immediately to the player 2 intro section, instead going over a little less than one beat's length of time, throwing off the consistent tempo (listen at 0:24). EDIT: In the WAV, you fixed the above example, but were still off. However, you got back on beat during the next transition, which was very cool. Another transition I caught that was off was from idle back to neutral. There are other examples of this throughout the different soundtracks. Unfortunately, other than Mick's official releases, I haven't found any edits of the KI themes that arrange the pieces in a way that's musically cohesive. I mean absolutely no offense to you, I've given your videos probably hundreds of views and I definitely appreciate what you've done and what you will continue to do. It's just something I wanted to put out there, purely constructive criticism so that you can be even better than you already are, ya know?
