if this is real, only IF,... then this is a very high mental and energetic achievement, requiring countless years of training and probably meditation. I doubt such people are often found in boxing competitions or fighting on the streets! maybe they found a higher purpose than fighting in their art... but in my opinion, this video is either fake or very exaggerated... but who knows... :)

This level of extreme no contact work comes after years of demonstrating a near perfect practice of physical contact work. This is not fake or magic in any regard.

I've studied Systema for the last 15 or so years. Previous I taught Choy Li Fut and Sun Chein Tao (and internal art) and previous TKD and kickboxing. The reason I mentioned this is I have been in both arenas. Internal arts (like Tai Chi Chuan) very few can do correctly especially in a self defense situation. Systema is an internal art that only a handful were selected during it's beginning stages (20th century) What you see is real. It's a bizarre feeling to loose control like that. But I've gone to many seminars and see about 90 percent not get it. It's HARD to do takes time, and some a long time (lol me) but what I will say, it'll enhance the system that you are doing. It's really about how to move properly. Perfect timing and again total trust in the art. Like anything else you do.
