Thank you for taking us on your Travels it's so cool to see from your view. the only time i flew in private plane was in an old piper cub years and years ago from my sisters husbands dad he use to give the tests for big air liners and had lots of hrs flying so I knew I was in good hands. that was fun going up in his plane he even let me fly for a little bit it was very fun for a teenager and I'll never forget it.

That is University of Oklahoma. Oklahoma City University has no airport and is in Oklahoma City and not Norman Oklahoma.

@@tompurvis1261 got it. When flying around to new states, I tend to generalize in my mind. The location of where I am at with the closest city. Like I describe my home airport is not in Philadelphia but it’s the closest biggest city. I fixed the name in the contents.

They are good at keeping you high. I’ve done LAS and HND, never VGS. Looks nice.

Yeah I had a 2,000 ft/min descent going on at one point. I normally like to bring it down closer to 500 ft/min. It was my first time landing in Vegas.

I've recently noticed VGT has been requiring PPRs occasionally for certain events in the area. They're shaving pilots $3k to land there during the F1 race in a couple weeks. So are LAS and HND. Why did they have a PPR when you went? Keep up the great videos/content.

It was the NBAA/BACE trade show. Since it is an aviation trade show, there is a lot of aircraft that come in.

Man I really want a B55 or B58. Stupid insurance won't even quote me on one they said I need something called a "multi-engine rating" if that is even a real thing.

Seems made up. Luckily insurance isn’t a requirement

unfortunately, I live in one of the few states where it is required....@@jamesminton3358

RPM of 2400? I cruise at 2300. Do you recommend 2400? hard on engine? How much increase in speed?
@RMAG Жыл бұрын
I normally cruise 2300 RPM wide open throttle or 23 inches of manifold pressure, lean of peak. I only cruised 2400 and rich of peak in this video because I needed some more speed to hit my reservation time. It only increased my speed by 7 or 8 kn but it is what I needed. I could also have cruised 2500 RPM to get over 200 kn, but I rarely have ever done that.
