I think that there is nothing better than having an old survivor that has been well taken care of or restored. While I've owned new boats and some will say "nice boat" at the launch ramp but when I bring out the old timer lots of people say" that's a Nice Boat" and sometimes a bunch of people gather around saying "My grand father or my folks had one just like that when I was little" or "I learned to waterski behind a boat like that". My best was a 30 foot 1959 Sedan Cruiser with tons of mahogany, and she shined like new after taking decades of varnish off and down to bare wood and bringing it back to new, she drew a crowd every time we went out.

The old wood boats look awesome and they take a special owner to keep them looking nice, great job. Thanks for watching and commenting.

A Forester Tri-hull that floats but needs interior and an outboard get this now it’s FREE to you , just bring a trailer to get it here in Minnesota ! The outside looks great but does need a floor and seats . I should race you with my 150hp Volvo I/O V- hull for pinks ! Lol. And his name is really Scott Smith isn’t it , wife’s name Tammy ! Lmao

Nice boat Michael, the Tri hull is not suited for rough water, tri hulls create more drag in the water therefore not being as efficient compared to a V hull. That being said, I love the paint job!

Hey Michael, I love the Cobalt too! What a great boat. The Smith's were very good caretakers of the RAD for many years and she will get a little TLC and last for many, many more years! Cool name and great meaning! No coincidences in life that it is also your wife's initials! Do you have a link to the the LED trailer lighting kit that you got for the trailer? I need to do up the lights on my trailer this winter.

@Michaelsbackyardmarina2 жыл бұрын
could be, I have both and the tri hull feels much more stable on the water.
