24 Sussex is actually falling apart. Some contractors are saying it would have to be vacated for 15 months straight, and would cost over $10 million, to fix. Only recently did the Harper's remove the animal-print carpet on the staircase that Mila Mulroney put in. The place doesn't even have central air! Good Lord.
