RNAV RWY20 Approach at Bremerton

After a low approach at Arlington, WA (KAWO), I continued southwest to Bremerton, WA (KPWT) to fly the RNAV (GPS) RWY 20 approach to a full-stop landing.
As you’ll see, the sky was pretty on this mostly IFR day. The RNAV RWY 20 at KPWT is to a runway with an approach lighting system and it offers an LPV DA of 200 ft AGL, just like the ILS that also serves that runway.

Kind of an elementary question: flight path to LOFAL would clip the tip of the Chinook A MOA. Sectional says time of use intermittent 2 hours in advance by NOTAM. Would you have picked up that NOTAM in your pre-flight briefing or in the air? If it were active would you still fly through it or would ATC steer you around it?

The MOA was not active per my preflight briefing. As a general rule, ATC won't clear IFR traffic into a MOA. You can check the status of that MOA by listening to the ATIS at NAS Whidbey Island. Or if you're receiving services from ATC, from the controller working that airspace.
