Exactly its not a good time. I was in Kumrat last week and came back yesterday. There is very bad land sliding between Kumrat and Thal and its not advised to go to Kumrat in these days. Moreover there is land sliding after every 2KM between Thal & Upper Dir. I'd say wait for a while and start traveling after one month!

Lower Dir is my hometown & Kumrat Valley is not so far but I never visited or experienced the beauty of Kumrat, I've heard that there's a road which connects Swat with Kumrat but never believed, now I saw this, thank you, & the video is amazing
