Depends, for creating video content, alone is good because in a group no one is going to want to stop to change batteries or take shots of the area. That said, I think this could be done with a smaller group, well, maybe one more person. With a larger group, the fun of just being with others who love the same thing is awesome, talking about the ride and everyone sharing their perspectives adds to the fun. And the bonus of safety in numbers, you can walk away from your bike and know others are watching everything when taking a quick break, or their for support if some repairs needed. I find them both fun, however, sometimes alone is nice to do your own thing stop, change direction and not a group decision. However, the camaraderie of the group and the history we would have will provide stories to talk about in the future.
