I have the same backrest on the same bike and a SGS. Now it's a must have part.

I totally agree-a backrest is a must! I went for a 1.5-hour ride and noticed a big difference. While editing, I saw I didn’t have it set all the way back, so I might notch it back one more for extra legroom.
