You can actually see the moment when the adrenaline leaves the guy's head and he chills the fuck out and apologises. That's nice, it means he isn't a prick, he just needs to work on his fight or flight responses. Respect to both of them for staying calm and to the car driver for eventually apologising - it's harder to back down than it is to admit it straight away, that wasn't easy to do.
@justexploring69792 жыл бұрын
I actually think the only reason he ended up apologising was because people around him started taking the biker’s side which would’ve influenced him to switch up under social pressure - still, at least he apologised and left it alone which is much more than most of the drivers and even bikers in these videos can manage. A lot of the issues we see in these videos comes from people not being able to let sh*t go

If your motor is blowing oil or water or generally down on power and the road is empty hit the engine kill and coast to a stop, don't keep it running until the bearings have run dry of oil!!!
@tHaH4x0r2 жыл бұрын
Just killing the engine is not enough to stop internal parts from turning... You also have to put the bike into neutral or pull the clutch to disconnect the engine from the back wheel during decelerating. Because the engine is disconnected from the rear wheel, coasting will probably take way too much time making you spill oil over a huge stretch. Your best bet is to decelerate using your front brake, as the rear tire is likely to not have a lot of grip because of the oil/coolant you leak.

@@EugeneShaposhnikov it's not. Well, a motorcycle is way easier to control, avoid things with, and way less destructive in the event of an impact. A pickup is way more destructive, (just imagine 3 tons of steel going 60mph into a house. I can promise that it'll enter the house on one side and exit from the other side. A biker will just splash on the wall and kill nobody besides him.) and yeah it's less able to avoid things or brake as hard as a bike, etc etc... so no, driving like a jerk with a 3tons pickup, isn't really comparable to driving like a jerk on a 400lbs motorcycle. Jesus, this world is full of them.. Then you state "different bike, difficult to safely stop.." so you're saying this is a bike that doesn't have a brake lever by your right hand. I've been riding 45 years and can barely recall one of those "sneakily hidden brake levers" even from pre-First World War machines. You had time to rev the knackers off your mate's bike, so you know where the throttle is.... weird that that wasn't hidden, like the front brake. "You almost killed me..." are you having a laugh? Get back in a car if the slightest traffic infraction makes you shit yourself... I mean think of the fourteen orphans you nearly left behind from a minor incident that occurs every day of your life when you're on a bike. But you got your footage, hey... whilst standing in the middle of the road, with your back to the oncoming traffic in the opposite lane. Yes, he moved out and signalled late, he gave you the finger... just get on with your day.
