I passed through there on my way back to Louisiana. I didn't have a toll pass. They found me and sent my bill in the mail. They may not want to reveal what they're doing, to preserve the case, but if that vehicle had a legit license plate the owner will be identified.

On the South loop of the beltway I get on for free every day on gessner road. And guess what there's no Booth or no cameras. Same thing when I exit a mile or two down at West airport. Every single exit or entrance into the beltway or fort bend toll road does not charge. And do you not understand how many cars that fit that description or in Houston. You do understand you can't arrest somebody because they have a car the same color and the same make and model. You do understand the shooting took place when they were already on the beltway. I asked him how he knew I was there. He told the the every bit of the toll roads were covered by cameras. They see everything on the toll road.
