Road rage with motorcycle

Driving on the 14fwy just before the Eternal Valley Cemetery a biker and a car interacting in road RAGE. hopefully the guy in the truck is ok .... Its not worth it people. Stop Road Rage in LA!!!

I love how people ignore the initial mirror smashing and the fact that the car was originally in that lane (before recording started, according to the filmer), and never fully left it. Plus there is no empirical evidence that says the driver purposefully/intentionally swerved to "kill" the biker. Both are guilty, the rider for hit and run and the driver for unlawfully trying to leave/enter the lane, and also for either purposeful/involuntary manslaughter. The whole "flashed a knife" is very questionable though, and tbh if it is real would still not really do much difference in the investigation...

The car obviously went on the HOV lane when he should not have because its a double solid line. The car caused the accident.

I believe I saw this biker once before on Green River going onto the 91Fwy. He spit at a woman's car, telling her to get in her lane. Very aggressive, same red bike.

that's illegal, the police are looking for the biker, he will be charged with hit and run, leaving the scene of an accident, according to the news, the person who recorded this said the biker was riding between lanes and almost hit him, its people like this that give motorcyclist a bad name, I've seen this type of behavior too many times, its not a video game, and some people carry, so he's lucky he was not shot, he proved he was an ass by kicking the car and then leaving, I hope they find him and take his licence, then he can ride a bicycle.

The cager started this by crossing the double yellow lines (shown at the very beginning of the clip) and cutting off the biker. Granted the biker kicked the cager's car but he should have kicked his head in if he could have. The cager also fueled the incident by trying to run the biker off the road. The cager lost control of his car twice. The biker never lost control of his bike. Hope the biker got home safely.

The individual in the car was probably or possibly startled and swerved, causing a accident on a busy freeway. I hope someone chased the biker down and he was charged and then had his ass beaten by whoever...

The motorcyclist will be charged for assault with a deadly weapon and attempted murder. If you're on a motorcycle and hit a car you sign yourself up to be responsible for the chain reaction that may happen. Biker would have had a charged for intentionally hitting the vehicle, vehicle driver would be charged with attempted murder for deliberately trying to sideswipe the bike. If you're on a bike and you damage my car, you better make a quick get away because I will mow them down in a heartbeat, I will make sure there is little chance of survival as the person on the bike likely is a criminal/involved with meth and doesn't deserve to be alive anyways.. I'd be doing to world a favor by using the opportunity they presented to me to kill them... If you're on a bike you better mind your Ps and Qs because well lets be honest... Good people don't ride motorcycles. I'm waiting for legislation that would make them illegal to be on the road as they're a danger to everyone around them and themselves but I digress.

Yes, the motorcyclist hit the car with his boot, then he rode away. That's hit and run. And regardless of who is at fault, any driver of any vehicle involved in an accident must pull over and wait to talk to law enforcement.
