Turned up RD2-110 pump from idiperformance.com - so already a decent pump. I basically modified the tuning. Injectors are stage-1s from the same place, no complaints there really. However, don't try to get this 20 PSI from a banks turbo. It puts a /lot/ of strain on the engine due to the tremendous backpressure; get a bigger turbo. Note that I haven't broken the turbo yet, but I have bent pushrods and floated valves before.

Oh ok.. not bad for the 250hp at the wheels. I'm doing the whole deal. Saving the money. R and d.. pump, head studs. Total ring seal. Maybe decompression pistons. My own turbo pipes, with borg Warner, and my own intercooler pipes. Psd intercooler. Maybe water meth. Shooting for about 3-350 at wheels.

At 350, you can probably get away without needing Powerstroke connecting rods; Justin(behind R&D) made 450RWHP, then blew up the motor not long after. It was the connecting rods which were the weak link, not the head gaskets or anything. I would not worry about the decompression pistons - these engines run /worse/ with decompression. A good set of 7.3 studs and stock gaskets will hold 450 just fine, so 350 shouldn't be an issue. You'll definitely want/need a cam - Justin's Stage1 seems fairly well proven. You'll also want the biggest pump you can get your hands on for that sort of power - the 150 or 180 would probably do it. The 110 is pushing what that pump is capable of, and if I did my build over again, I'd go for the 150.
