I only manage to play this game up to the 3rd badge, then I had a problem with some of my friends who I used to talk and I decided not to play anymore. Years later, my actual GF plays this game and streams to me only, some raids here and there, and that rekindled my interest on the game... I have a lot of catching up to do, so first things first, I will pay close attention to this series! Probably good idea to have some help from my GF, I'll see if she can get me a Breloom with spore and false swipe, I can take it from there (Oh yeah, I'm in Kanto.).. I know I could ask her for a Krookodile or Scrafty with Moxie, but to be honest, I kinda want to enjoy this game at my own phase, building some random teams of each region until the E4.. I'm definetly including a Krookodile in Unova but whatever. Though if she has a Moxie Gyarados hanging around.... Oh yeah, I picked Bulbasaur, the little guy is my favorite, but honestly I love all the starters in Kanto. BTW Fun story, I have a shiny mankey on my account and I got it literally on Route 22 next to Viridian, on basically less than 10 encounters... I always pull a shiny mankey on that route on all of my save files on pokemon fire red CONSISTENTLY, I AM SERIOUS, and it happen in pokeMMO LMAO

Dragon breath and dragon rage are 2 different moves. Rage always does 40 damage and breath has high chance to paralyze

Wait you can encounter sleeping pokemon, weird Also noctowl is a special attacker for goof ressin, the whole point of the bird is hypnosis, a skill that is normally seen as a psychic ability used by special attackers

You can get exp share fairly early game on emerald no pokedex entrees required. It might be even easier for new players

29:20 that would be dragon rage not dragon breath. If the first gym leaders fast pokemon knew dragon rage the game would likely be impossible. As with level caps you unlikely to outspeed and dragon rage can ohko everything early game.
