YT-Algorithm Gods are working their magic again ... checked your hamstring video out, and you seem a little bit unstable on your feet; nothing major, but you might want to change your shoes with a more flat sole. If that doesn't help, I would recommend visiting a physiotherapist to get that checked and fixed. In the long run, you might develop imbalances in your leg physique. All the best for your journey!

Haha so I’m currently on a pretty intense cut right now (hehe please see what I eat in a day videos!) trying to push as heavy weight as possible while maintaining as proper form/tempo as I possibly can!
