If you're coming to the UK & you enjoy wild camping & castles, it's highly recommended you come to Scotland. We have the right to roam here & it's catered for people like you. So long as you're not camping on anyone's private property like a garden or a farmers field, you can camp anywhere. You should look at the south west 500 road trip & the north coast 500. There's also lots of campsites with showers & electric points to charge your stuff. There might not be many charge outlets in cafes, pubs or hotels, but people are very generous & hospitable. If you ask someone to charge your batteries for you they will. The only place you can't wild camp is Loch Lomond & the Trossichs. You need a permit, but most of them are only £4 per night, but there's no need to pay because you'll be spoilt for choice where you want to camp

Even through my speakers, google translate picked up most of what he said by using the audio feature. It's a little clunky, but I used it a lot when travelling. You can then just speak into it to reply, and have it read it back to them in Romanian. It will help these small encounters
