Hey! That's our model x on 7:37 😂😂❤❤ By the way, Allen Very entertaining video! It's actually very interesting comparing your Tesla’s consumption to our model x especially on the 3rd range review! You charged to 99% and arrived with 12%~ that's 243km You charged for like 35 minutes? That's incredible! I wish our model x charged at those speeds😅 but to compare here's a similar status from our X we charged at Labouheyre (france) from 22% to 100% Now the sad part is it took 1H and 55 Minutes! 🥲🥲 we arrived at Vouillé (France)supercharger with 9% that's a 302km drive! Now what would you prefer charging more times with shorter wait time or charging just a couple of times but waiting mutch longer? Would be very interesting hearing your opinion! Next time if i see you, I'll make sure to say hi❤

Hey man!! Thank you! Yes you should definitely say hi next time you see me 🙂 - wow why did it take so long?? Which Model X is it? The Model 3 LR can charge even quicker because it’s the NMC battery so up to 250kW. I’d definitely opt for more charging times but quicker charging for sure - I usually need to stop after a couple of hours driving anyways (I don’t know how some people can drive 6 hours without a break) - I just get annoyed sometimes if I have to sit and wait for up to an hour to charge 😂

​@europeinatesla yeah your totally right! It can be really annoying/stressful when driving really long distances that's actually 1 of the reasons why we got a 2018 tesla model x 100d Long Range! With our previous mercedes we would just drive and only stop for gas ⛽️ and continue. It was really stressful just imagine driving 22h almost non stop i really don't recommend 😂😅😅 Now with our model x 100d Long Range every time we travel back to portugal we just rest/sleep when the car is charging in a way it's much better since you don't get very tired the down side is of course it takes mutch longer to arrive in portugal 😢 we always let the car choose which superchargers to stop at and charge. Last time (portugal to the Netherlands) we only needed to stop 7 times with a average charge time of 1H 05 minutes 😅😅 anyways keep up the good work dude!❤ can't wait for the next video😄😄

loving these journey videos. About to do a long trip in a month and a tad nervous myself :) 2 things: 1. The cameras failing and then making many systems fail (especially AEB) makes me believe tesla are going to need some redundancy system in the future(mostly for AEB)...that actually makes sense thinking about it :( I can see the EU enforcing something like that...and hearing story at 22:15 - makes me think if tesla does want autonomy their systems cannot deactivate like that - especially on a turn- just handing back to the driver is crazy!!! Now i see it sadly - they need a fallback systems to safely hand back in time to the driver within a certain period of time! :( 2. what brand is your jumper if you don't mind me asking - looks really nice/comfy :) Keep up the good work - thanks

1. I think it would've stayed on the path because it _can_ use the other cameras without all cameras (hence why it continued on the curve at high speed) - but yeah... not sure what would've happened if I just left it. 2. Thank you! It's a Zara jumper.

It’s a good idea to check ABRP as well as the Tesla navigation. We drove back from Madrid to Arcos de Valdevez yesterday and Tesla wanted us to charge for 5 min at Xinzo de Limia after our charge at Benavente but we were able to do it with only 1 charge and got home with 18%

Ah interesting! Also with the Standard Range or LR? I think Tesla is more cautious for sure - but it also optimises for not overcrowding the chargers and making sure you don't wait too long

200 Wh/km is shockingly poor. I have done the same speed (110km/h) in Malaysia with the same M3 RWD, my comsumption here is about 120 Wh/km. Is the cold weather affected the efficiency so much?

Could be that he is pushing too hard when accelerating until cruising speed.

Thank God you’re going to contact Tesla about your camera 😂. Open a ticket on the app and maybe they can run some remote tests and detect the issue. It’s very dangerous going for long trips without your camera fully functioning. Please let us know what they say! Thanks for the video

To be fair you waited way too long to have it all repaired. You had the camera issue since last year lol. I think it's definitely a hardware problem.

Portugals system sucks. All through Europe non teslas can charge at most superchargers. I had an e208 before the Tesla and it was great using the superchargers.
