I prefer a groovy/bouncy breakdown over a 'heavier = better' breakdown style, but it was really good as far as those go, and I really liked everything else about the song - drumming is nuts, main riff is super heavy but still clear and groovy, and the vocals are top notch as well.

They were a swedish poprock band with some nu metal influences. I just remembered them a couple days ago and i just could listen to their last two albums for the past 3 days.
