You need that legally if you are sleeping while someone else is driving. It is your sleeping seatbelt. I am sure everyone uses them, just do not remove them if you get inspected and you removed them you will have some issues.

cost about 15k definitely not worth it i removed the backseat in crewcab plus passenger seat made sleeping bed thats about 80” that goes from back to front. plus mounted fridge and microwave. inverter in the back dark curtains all windows cost me about 2000$ for everything including appliances

If this were a Ford outlaw I might consider it. Sleeper is rather tight. The word claustrophobic comes to mind. (Btw, Ford’s outlaw was a 1/2 van 1/2 pickup custom. They’re still made but only on demand.)
