Wait until they force through this Green New Deal Trojan Horse of an “Infrastructure” bill that just got voted forward in the Senate! Buried in the current version of the 2700 page senate bill is a vehicle milage tax, along with authorities that are set up to monitor driving of every individual for speeding, distraction, impairment and drowsy driving. With the ability to impose fines, adjust insurance rates and turn off vehicles! This, BTW, does not effect the elites or those typically in the big city corridors that use mass transit, Uber and Limos. It mostly effects the unwashed masses in fly over states, where those despicable deplorables eat their boogers and cling to their Bibles and guns! Committees are working on it over the recess and they plan on voting on it when they come back in September. After the Senate passes it, which it is poised to do, it will go back to the House to combine it with the House Bill that already passed. That when it will move even further woke and to the left!

Hands down, this is the CLEANEST large truck build I have ever seen. By clean I mean it has the most character I have seen. @@shanemedlin9400 the problem with what you’re trying to say it that it’s not a “work” engine? I’m sorry but what CAT is your choice then? Don’t even try to say a Cummins over a 7.3 😂😂
@shanemedlin9400
@shanemedlin9400 2 жыл бұрын
@@zackatron925 Again, the 6BT was literally designed for heavy equipment: bull dozers, back hoes, Telehandlers, etc. It weighs 1100 lbs. By contrast, the 7.3 is a much larger engine in terms of displacement. Yet it only weighs 800 lbs. The difference is in things like the crank shaft. The 7.3 crank is underbuilt. It's not a heavy-duty engine, and that's why there is no heavy equipment powered by the 7.3. It wasn't designed for that. I'm not saying the 7.3 isn't a good engine. But by no means is it the toughest engine ever built. That distinction probably goes to a Caterpillar engine. That engine vibrates too much for a pickup application, much like the 4BT.
@zackatron925
@zackatron925 2 жыл бұрын
@@shanemedlin9400 again, you’re talking about a 7.3 engine designed for commercial use in pickups my guy, he needed an engine for a truck that looks like a semi. He didn’t build a sleeper on a CAT backhoe or excavator. What he needed for an engine and what’s required for heavy machinery is completely different. Sure a CAT engine is great for machines but it’s not gonna be good for pushing his rig down the road everyday. Not to mention it’s a stock 7.3 ready to go 500k-800k miles EASY
