I loved the presentation--really clever and fun! I also love visiting that area! I lived almost my entire life in the Los Angeles, CA area and the Gold Country is so different from that! I love the winding roads and picturesque and enticing small towns in the Gold Country! Columbia State Historic Park is especially worthwhile since it is kept as authentic as possible while welcoming visitors with all sorts of fun events and tours. I also look forward to visiting the Calaveras Big Trees State Park in the hopefully not too distant future as I haven't been there yet and it seems like a really wonderful place to visit! Thank you for posting this entertaining and informative video! And your dog's enthusiastic bark got me to subscribe. I just wish I had a bone for him though!

Great video! I was looking for Columbia online tours and your video came up. Looking to take my son there. From what I remember the horse rides, rock climb garden, black smith and candy store were awesome! They also have a full time bar at the end of the park along with other time period shops along the Main Street.
