In this episode on the Army Trailer build I make up a set of sliders/steps to tie in the mud guards! I could not think of a better way to do this so I hope you guys like it, I think they turned out great! I'm making most of this up as I go haha but I'm really liking the look of it so far! thanks for watching as always guys I really appreciate it!

I know you've probably thought of this but anyway: its hard to see how far the wheel sits out from the factory wheel tubs but if the wheel is almost all the way out of them you should removed them so you have more trailer space. Also off the front "slider" maybe you should just put a perpendicular bar that goes flush underneath that front box so that it wont hit the door when it open but just incase it happens to cop a hit from something. Again you've probably thought of this already and loving the progress

I'm in awe of your constant PPE use now mate, it's a change from the maverick days early on 😁 Surprised you didn't end up cutting out the inner wheel clearance step and sheeting it so you had a fully flat panel, guessing it still scrubs since there's nearly zero flex on that setup? Hahah! It’s a great idea to wear PPE and I’m really trying to do it latley haha glad someone’s noticed! 😂 I’m still tossing up weather to cut them out or not! I think itlll look a lot better but it’s a fair bit more work 😅

Love the build mate. Just a suggestion for the welding. Grind and prep all the paint from the area you are welding, it will give you a better weld and also stops you burning the paint and breathing in all the nasty old army paint 🤢😵

Love the build mate. Would it be easier to cut out the internal wheel arches to give you more room inside, save you doing the plate either side of the new mud guards? It looks like you could do away with the internal guards now the wheel base is wider with the new axle?
