ROARING 2006 Dodge Charger SRT8 Exhaust Modifications!! Stock to Resonator Delete!

I deleted the two resonators off my brand new (20k miles) 2006 Charger SRT8. I personally love the sound and it ROARS at the higher RPMS, especially with a K&N air intake. Let me know what you think and subscribe!

*Resonator delete. The mufflers aren't at the exhaust tips, as most people think they are. Either way, this is one of the first things I did to my 06 SRT. Clean car, keep it looking nice. Not too many on the road that aren't beat to shit.

Muffler delete is the way to go, deeper roar sound, and not raspy.

My 2007 srt8 charger has the straight pipe but still have the resonators on and is louder than that

Had one and loved it until the front end started acting up, clunking at 36,000 miles. Easy fix, front sway bar bushing are faulty on many this year. Just change them out and the clunking will go away. I didn't find out until after I got rid of it because dodge couldn't fix it. Uggg. Never change or remove the rear most resonators or it will drone it's a?? off on the highway. Ruined the whole car. Only change the mid-muffler and all will be good. Trust me.

E Lutz the giant rear resonators destroy the sound. Even with a mid delete it’s still quiet. Replacing everything with dynomax bullets is the best sound and if you want it less droney put vibrant resonators where the old resonators were

D HEMI RT do it but you'll need a lot of work for the early model RTs to be quick

De'Vonte Morris depends on how fast we’re talking. A cam can give you 70ish HP if that’s all you want but you’ll have to start looking into forced induction if you want some serious gains really quickly

It’s the air flow. That brief moment when the trans shifts it changes the airflow.

@@exffljockholder it’s actually the ECU cutting ignition for a split second for a smoother gear shift which causes unburnt fuel to burn in the exhaust but thanks for replying 😇
