My mom used to roast chicken and make a gravy over it. I didn't like gravy on chicken but when she made a roast beef and had a darker gravy I tore that up. And she could cook but for me, I don't like gravy on chicken. That looks good though. But I'm vegan so I wouldn't eat it but would tear those veggies up.
