200 g apple
70 g bell pepper
Italian herbs, salt,
1 tsp each vegetable oil, honey, balsamic vinegar
bake for 20-22 minutes 200-220C
1 tbsp honey mustard
1/2 tsp grain mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp vegetable oil
green onions, parsley, red onion
50g feta cheese
1.5 tbsp pumpkin and sunflower seeds
salt, pepper to taste
