Chicken roast curry recipe in Kerala style...
1.Chicken-1kg.
2. Turmeric powder_1tbsp
3.kashmiry Red chilly powder_1tbsp
4. Spicy red chilly powder_1tbsp
5. Garam masala powder_1tbsp
6. Vinegar_1tbsp
7.Salt..
Mix well and rest in 15 minutes.. and make it fry.
Oil
1. Onion_4
2. Small onion_10 to 12..
3. Ginger garlic paste_2tbsp
4. Green chilly_3
5. Red chilly _3
6. Curry leaves_3
7. Tomato_2
8. Coriander powder_2tbsp
9. Red chilly powder_1tbsp
10. Garam masala_1/2tbsp
11. Pepper powder_1tbsp..
Mix well and add roast chicken..
Hot Water for need
The last time,Add some, coriander leaves..
. tomato
. pepper powder_1tbsp
. Garam masala_1/2 tbsp
After 5 to 10 minutes Chicken curry will ready....
