Out Of The Blue’s Roasted Vegetable Stracciatella captures the beauty of simply roasted root vegetables bringing out their natural sweetness, contrasted by the smooth base of stracciatella cheese and elevated by a drizzle of fresh kaffir lime leaf oil.
Roasted Root Vegetables & Stracciatella Ingredients:
Ingredients:
50 gm Celery Root
50 gm Sweet Potato
50 gm Beetroot
50 gm Carrot
50 gm Red Radish
50 gm Red Pepper
50 gm Yellow Pepper
50 gm Asparagus
30 gm Feta Cheese
50 gm Aubergine
50 gmZucchini
For Marination:
5 ml Olive Oil
5 gm Salt
5 gm Pepper
1 tbsp Chef Special Spices
Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Add all the chopped vegetables.
Now add spices.
Add parsley and basil.
For plating- Take a plate and spread stracciatella.
Add the roasted vegetables on top.
Drizzle kaffir lime leaf oil and chilli oil.
Garnish micro greens.
