Roasted Vegetable Terrine | Food Channel L Recipes

Colourful terrine made with a lots of roasted vegetables and cream cheese. It's a very nice idea for a starter, isn't it?

Ingredients for 12 servings:
1 eggplant
3 courgettes
3 zucchini
3 yellow squash
2 red peppers
1 green pepper
Salt
Olive oil
For the filling:
200 g cream cheese
200 g white brined cheese
2 sprigs of basil
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp yogurt

Looks wonderful. Question, I thought courgettes were the same as zucchini, so do you need a total of 9 squashes, 3 zucchini, 3 yellow squash AND 3 courgettes? Thank you in advance.
